New public exhibition of works by architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava opens on Park Avenue.

NEW YORK, NY.- Marlborough Gallery, NYC Parks and the Fund for Park Avenue announced a new public exhibition of the world-renowned artist, architect, and engineer Santiago Calatrava. The exhibition runs from June 8, 2015 to mid- November 2015 and features seven new red, black and silver painted aluminum sculptures installed along the central median on Park Avenue between 52nd and 55th Streets in New York City. These monumental works represent the artist’s continued exploration of expressive forms and structure abstracted from nature. In the artist’s own words, “their relation to the natural world suggests a link between man and nature, implying the sculptures are found objects in a human forest.”
